Remote Access Process

• Scans all your documents and upload the files to Account Solutions server securely using secure Login Password issued by us or you can send us the documents via Email also.
• You give permission to Account Solutions to login your computer via internet securely through Remote Desktop Connection, GoToMyPC.com or LogMeIn.com and access your accounting software.
• Account Solutions will access your accounting software remotely to process all your documents as per your instructions and keep it updated for you to verify it. You can check the books at anytime on your computer.

Online Access Process

• Scans all your documents and upload the files to Account Solutions server securely using secure Login Passwords issued by us or you can send us the documents via Email also.
• You give access to Account Solutions to login your online accounting software through username & password, which you use, for e.g. QuickBooks, XERO, Kashflow, Outright and Mint etc.
• Account Solutions will access your online accounting software through your username & password and process all your documents as per your instructions. You can login to online accounting software at anytime to see the updated books.

Offline Access Process

• Scans all your documents and upload the files to Account Solutions server securely using secure Login Passwords issued by us or you can send us the documents via Email also.
• Account Solutions will access all documents remotely and processes your documents, using own copy of accounting software of your choice including QuickBooks, Sage and MYOB etc. and generate the company files.
• Account Solutions will send notification to you via email, when the files are ready for review. You can download the files from our secure server through Login Password issued to you or we can send you the files via Email also.
